Bring the tradition of Palestinian hospitality into your home or event space with a live-cooked Maqluba dinner experience. I arrive at your location in the St. Joseph, Michigan area and prepare everything fresh while transforming your gathering into a shared cultural moment.

👩‍🍳 Live Kitchen Setup
I prepare Maqluba in your kitchen using spiced rice, slow-cooked chicken or lamb, and roasted vegetables including eggplant, cauliflower, and potatoes—seasoned with traditional 7-spice blends and warm Levantine spices.
🎭 The Grand Flip Moment
Guests gather for the highlight of the evening: the traditional Maqluba flip. The pot is turned in one dramatic motion to reveal perfectly layered rice, vegetables, and tender meat.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
Travel within St. Joseph / SW Michigan is included. Additional travel fees may apply beyond 45 minutes.
